Setting Big Goals for 2019

In order to set goals for the new year, it’s best to consider many different areas of your life. Here’s one of my favourite exercises I’d like to share with you. Write out this list of 8 different areas of your life. Now for each area assign it a ranking on a scale of 1 – 10, based on how happy you are with this right now. (10 = very happy, 1 = not happy) 1. Work/Career 2. Relationships 3. Health 4. Money 5. Personal Growth 6. Fun and recreation 7. Physical Environment 8. Significant Other/Romance As you rank the categories notice which ones are most important to you. This will indicate where you want to put you energy for 2019. Happy goal setting! Lee
