Kicking off 2022

One of the popular goals set in the new year is building a new meditation practice. While this can be very beneficial to your life, it can also be frustrating.

Here's 5 key tips to help you establish a steady meditation practice:

  1. Pick a dedicated time each day to do your meditation

  2. Start simple and build. In the beginning 5 minute length is a great place to start

  3. Give yourself permission to not be perfect. Just keep showing up!

  4. Create a meditation chair or spot on the floor that you use each day

  5. Congratulate and celebrate the victory, no matter what the results
